What is Heart Rate Variability (HRV) bio feedback training?

Heart rate variability is a measure of the time between each heartbeat. This difference is measured over time and is reflective of how well your nervous system is working. With this feedback you can gain awareness of your HRV and learn to control it through various training practices. The most common activities paired with HRV are breathwork, mindfulness, visualization and meditation.
